...since the last post. 158.6 lbs, 17.5% body fat. Returned to San Shou after a long, long absence due to scheduling conflicts with rehearsals for the musical. I should post more about the musical, but not now. Now I must shower in order to remove the vile smell that the communal (and heavily used) protective gear left on my face and hands.
