160.0 lbs, 16.8% body fat, measured after San Shou. My IT band is still constantly annoying me, and I'm glad we didn't do any deep-knee exercises like lunges or the duck walk tonight. Mostly punching and kicking drills using focus mitts and Thai bags. I'm resolving to stretch my IT bands several times per day, and especially general stretching every morning before my shower...otherwise I just don't see my flexibility improving. What I've been doing (only before practices) isn't working at all, in fact I think I'm losing flexibility from overtraining and insufficient (read: none) stretching after workouts.
