160.2 lbs, 17.7% body fat, measured after San Shou tonight. Deposits are due for plane tickets to Baltimore. I'm definitely going, although I don't yet know if I'll be competing. I'm frustrated with always being painfully sore and not sufficiently recovered by the time Thursday San Shou comes around. Maybe I'll make it this week, though.
